Upon ordering, your product will be shipped within 5 business days, and in most cases will be shipped sooner than that and arrive in a week. Your product(s) will be shipped in a bubble mailer with insurance on the product, if it arrives damaged, please contact dan@goodbeards.com and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact dan@goodbeards.com as soon as possible and request a refund or exchange. You have 10 days (calendar days not business days) to return the item in question (MUST BE postmarked 10 days from the time the original product was delivered.)
